Interesting post, I like how you included more than the two commons methodologies of agile and waterfall. I’ve heard of scrum as well but not so much of the other three.

Listing the benefits of each of the methodologies is really helpful. I’ve learned about waterfall, agile, and scrum methodologies but I’m not too familiar with extreme programming, lean, and kanban. I thought that these methodologies were more like frameworks for agile instead of their own methodology. Based on the benefits for them, it looks like it’s worth it to look into them for more details.

Very nice post, Savannah. I like how you organized each methodology and listed its benefits. I personally have only heard of the Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies, but the other 3 methodologies provide benefits that I think may be extremely useful for managing projects. I will definitely be doing some more research to learn about these methodologies.
